Dispatch and Delivery Options
We’ll aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Timelines
Orders shipped via New Zealand Post will take 1 to 2 business days if placed before our 2PM cut-off.
Exceptions:
- Rural North Island: 2-3 business days
- Rural South Island: 3-4 business days

Dangerous Goods
If your order contains items classified as dangerous goods (e.g., aerosols), these require special packaging. As a result, your delivery may be delayed by 1-4 business days.
Important Notes:
- Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
- Delays may occur during peak periods, due to adverse weather, or other unforeseen postal service disruptions beyond Coastal Skin & Beauty’s control.
- Online orders are processed and shipped from Wellington, New Zealand, and follow New Zealand public holidays.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available. You can shop online and pick up your order in-salon, typically within 24 hours.
Tracking
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you can’t find your tracking number, contact us for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days, let us know so we can assist.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are currently unable to split shipments within one order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each address.
