Directions for use: Cleanse the affected area thoroughly before applying the balm. When using the balm for the first time press your thumb into the balm to break up the balm. This will make application easier. Be aware in warmer months the balm will liquefy so if you live in a warmer climate it may be advisable to keep it in a cool space such as in a cupboard, pantry or even the refrigerator.
